School based Occupational Therapy Assessment identifies the child’s strengths as well as any areas of difficulty that may be impacting upon the child's ability to participate in the school day.
Assesses: activities of daily living, fine motor skills, gross motor skills, visual motor integration, sensory processing & participation skills.
Includes 3 hours face to face observations & assessment sessions, report & one page profile.
(only currently offered in Cambs/ Beds/ Suffolk/ Herts).
Sensory diets are personalised activity schedules that aim to provide children
with the sensory input they require to reach their optimal levels of arousal and
engage in their daily activities.
Sensory diets consist of specific activities that take place throughout the day and choices, to support the child to reach their optimal level of arousal.
(Can only be requested as an add on when booking "Brief Sensory Assessment" or "School Based Occupational Therapy Assessment")
